We created for the IDB (Inter-American Developement Bank) a Flash microsite for their “Mobile Citizen” project. This project will support the development of citizen-centric mobile services targeted to low-income groups in urban and rural areas in Latin America and the Caribbean region.

The site allows the user to interact with video and virtual cellphones and at the same time encourages them to participate in a contest to solve social problems via cell phone usage.
